About Benefits Horizon

A steady light for the people who serve our communities.

Benefits Horizon is an independent employee-benefits agency for the public sector and K-12. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Knoxville, we built the firm on a simple idea: guide people through the confusing parts of benefits with honesty — and stay with them long after the paperwork is signed.

01/03Who we are

Independent, experienced, and genuinely in your corner.

With over 85 years of combined experience in employee benefits, our advisors have worked every side of the industry — and focused it on the employers who serve the public: school districts, cities, counties, and the people who work for them.

Because we’re independent, our recommendations answer to you, not to any single carrier — and we work with all major carriers throughout the country. From our home in Knoxville, we serve clients across Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and nationwide.

The lighthouse in our name isn’t just decoration. It’s the promise: someone watching the horizon, so you can navigate what’s ahead with confidence. Your future is bright.
